All in stock orders will be shipped within 3-5 business days. Orders ship via USPS. Shipping charges are a flat rate.

Expedited shipping is available on request within reason. We strive to meet the needs of our valued customers and will do our best to accommodate all special requests.

Payment Methods

Websterspharm.com accepts all major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. You can also pay and pick up your items at Webster’s Community Pharmacy in Altadena.

Domestic Tax added where applicable

We are required to collect sales tax on all orders shipping to CA, CO, GA, HI, IL, IN, MD, MI, MN, NJ, NY, OK, PN, WA. The rate applied to these states may be subject to local tax. Sales tax is not charged on orders shipping to addresses outside of the states listed.

Pick-Up Policy

Online orders are available for curbside or in-store pickup at Webster’s Community Pharmacy in Altadena for no additional fee. Pick-up orders are available Monday thru Friday from 10am - 5pm and Saturday 10am - 3pm. We will contact you when your order is ready. Please contact us if you have any questions regarding your pick-up order.

Returns

We are happy to return all regular stock items in our store within 30 days, for store credit only. Seasonal and Holiday merchandise, Bath and Body products as well as Food Items are not eligible for returns. Our return policy lasts 30 days from date of purchase. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer you a store credit or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and with tags still on and intact. If your merchandise is received damaged, please keep all packing material and contact us immediately. Customers are responsible for paying all shipping fees incurred with returns and exchanges. Please contact us if you wish to process a return or exchange.

Complimentary Gift Wrapping

We’re happy to offer complimentary gift wrapping for all online and in store purchases. When you checkout online, you can let us know any specific details of how you’d like your items bundled and wrapped.
